  • Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers a thoughtful, one-on-one space to explore what you’re carrying and make sense of what feels heavy, stuck, or unclear. Many people come to therapy navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, life transitions, or questions about identity and direction.

I work especially with thoughtful adults—often Asian American—who are balancing personal, cultural, and relational expectations while trying to stay grounded in themselves. Our work is reflective and collaborative, focused on building self-understanding, self-trust, and more intentional ways of living.

I provide virtual therapy for clients located in California and Massachusetts.

  • Relationship Therapy

    Relationship Therapy

Relationship therapy supports people who want to strengthen their connection and better understand one another. This work can include romantic partners, family members, siblings, parents and adult children, and close friends. We may focus on improving communication, navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, and learning how to stay connected while honoring differences in values, needs, and goals.

    Couples Therapy

Couples therapy can support partners navigating recurring conflicts, emotional disconnection, parenting challenges, and extended family dynamics. Whether you’re in the early stages of your relationship or working through deeper challenges, therapy offers a thoughtful, reflective space for growth. I also provide premarital counseling to help build a strong foundation, including conversations around finances, career, family, and shared values.

    Family Therapy

Family therapy offers a space for families to better understand patterns, roles, and unspoken dynamics that affect how you relate to one another. This work can support improved communication, repair after conflict, and more supportive ways of navigating change, stress, or transition as a family.

    Friendship and Other Relationship Therapy

This work supports friends and other close relationships navigating shifts in closeness, unresolved hurt, changing boundaries, or questions about how to move forward. Therapy can offer clarity, repair, and more intentional ways of relating.
