  • Individual Therapy

    Individual therapy is a form of psychotherapy designed to help individuals, one-on-one, with personal issues they have been facing. Individual therapy can address a variety of mental and emotional difficulties. Also known as talk therapy, it can help process and improve your personal well-being.

  • Relationship Therapy

    Relationship therapy is a form of psychotherapy designed to help any dyadic pair improve their relationship quality. Traditionally, this can operate as couples therapy, but I also believe work and healing can be done through therapy with a parent/child, siblings, and friends as well.

    Couples therapy can address a wide range of relationship issues, such as recurring conflicts, feelings of disconnection, communication, shared/different values and goals, intimacy, parenting, extended family relationships, etc.

    I also provide pre-marital counseling to help build a healthy foundation before marriage while exploring various topics such as career, family, and finances.

    Friendship therapy and other relationship therapy can address communication, conflict resolution, repair work, and discernment for the future.
